About Arun Jaitley Stadium

The Feroz Shah Kotla stadium is one of the oldest and well known cricket ground in India. The stadium was established as a cricket ground in 1883.The stadium has undergone some heavy reconstruction and is equipped with latest amenities for successfully organizing international cricket matches. The Kotla is famous for Anil Kumble’s feat of taking 10 wickets in a Test innings which he claimed against Pakistan. The stadium though has traditionally been a batsman's paradise due to the nature of the pitches which for the most part have been docile.
