NOTICE
AFFILIATION OF AN ASSOCIATION FROM CHANDIGARH
1. Pursuant to the order dated 11th May 2018 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in I. A. No. 19 of 2016 filed by the U. T. Cricket Association (“UTCA”), Chandigarh, the Committee of Administrators has received a representation from the UTCA seeking affiliation to BCCI from the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
2. The Committee of Administrators has been informed that when the Affiliation Committee of BCCI visited Chandigarh in April 2001, there were certain other cricket associations that had also sought affiliation to BCCI from the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
3. In light of the aforesaid, notice is hereby issued to any other cricket association from the Union of Territory of Chandigarh which may be desirous of making a representation seeking affiliation to make a representation to the Committee of Administrators within 1 week from the date of this notice. Such representation should be sent by email to coa@bcci.tv on or before 5 pm on 19 July 2018.
4. The CEO is directed to put up this notice on the BCCI website.
