Weather played spoilsport on the second day of the four-day match between India Blue and India Green in Kanpur. The result of the ongoing match in the Duleep Trophy being played in Kanpur will determine the finalist, who will play take on India Red in Lucknow on 25th September 2017.
Rain did not allow for play to start on Day 2 of the ongoing day-night match at the Green Park Stadium. Play was called off later in the evening without a ball being bowled on September 20 the due to rain and wet outfield.
When play had ended on Day 1, India Green were trailing by 77 runs with seven wickets in hand at Stumps of Day 1 in after bundling India Blue out for 177 earlier.
