R Ashwin to receive Dilip Sardesai Award

MEDIA RELEASE

R. Ashwin will receive the DILIP SARDESAI Award for being India’s best cricketer in the 2011-12 Test series against the West Indies. He will be presented the award at the BCCI Awards Ceremony, to be held in Chennai on 10 December 2011.

The award comprises a trophy and a cheque for Rs. 5 lakhs.
