Delhi
Haryana v Delhi
Delhi beat Haryana by four wickets as Parvinder Awana scalped three wickets and Mohit Sharma (56) scored a half-century. Electing to field first, Delhi restricted Haryana to 213 for six and then chased down the total with three balls to spare.
Himachal Pradesh v Jammu & Kashmir
Himachal chased down 212 to register a three-wicket win in a tense encounter against J&K. S Sriram contributed with the highest score of the innings (44) while the other batsmen could merely get their respective innings off to a start. Rahul Singh was Himachal’s best bowler with figures of three for 39 while Rishi Dhawan and Abhinav Bali got two scalps each.
Punjab v Services
Punjab thumped Services by 131 runs after posting 288 for six on the board batting first. Gurkirat Ahluwalia anchored Punjab’s innings with a 103-ball 108 that included 15 fours. Ravi Inder Singh took three wickets and Harbhajan Singh took one for 28 in 10 overs as Punjab dismissed Services for 157 in 43.1 overs.

Hyderabad v Tamil Nadu
A stroke-filled century from T Suman (122) lifted Hyderabad to a total of 333 for nine and eventually saw them home by 36 runs against Tamil Nadu. Part-time leg-spinner Arun Karthik was the only TN bowler to come out unscathed, picking up two wickets in as many overs for nine runs as the specialist bowlers got hit all over the park. Opening batsman Abhinav Mukund (104) put up a fight with a valiant century but DB Ravi Teja’s five-for sealed the deal for Hyderabad.
Kerala v Goa
Goa stunned Kerala by 98 runs with the help of SS Yadav’s four for 21. Having being put in to bat, Goa amassed 250 for eight in 50 overs with RJ Pinto (65) scoring a fifty. Kerala were dismissed for 152 in 39.4 overs as none of the batsmen barring Robert Fernandez (52) and Anfal PM (44) reached double figures.
Andhra Pradesh v Karnataka
Robin Uthappa (104) continued his purple patch and notched up yet another century as Karnataka cruised home by 56 runs against Andhra. Opener Prasanth (61) Kumar gave Andhra a good start but the rest of the batsmen failed to capitalise on it, folding for 219 in 47.4 overs. Abrar Kazi picked four wickets for Karnataka.

Jharkhand v Assam
Assam registered a 46-run win over Jharkhand after Dheeraj Jadhav (107) propelled them to a formidable 301 for nine with support from R Sathish. Jharkhand put up a fight in their chase in the form of Shiv Gautam’s 124 and Saurabh Tiwary’s 76 but were dismissed for 255. Deepak Gohain (four for 46) and Abu Nechim Ahmed (three for 68) were the chief wicket-takers for Assam.
Bengal v Tripura
Four-wicket hauls by Laxmi Ratan Shukla and Sanjib Sanyal helped Bengal defend a modest 198 against Tripura by 30 runs. Batting first, Bengal struggled to hold their own as captain Wriddhiman Saha (66) made the lone half-century in their innings. Rana Dutta and Sanjay Majumdar picked three wickets each for Tripura, who were dismissed for 168 in 37.4 overs in their chase.

Baroda v Saurashtra
A scintillating 78-ball 114 from Yusuf Pathan inspired Baroda to a 52-run win over Saurashtra. Pathan struck 10 sixes and six fours to tear the bowling apart and take Baroda to 315 for eight in 50 overs. Saurashtra’s Sheldon Jackson returned Baroda the favour with a 117-run knock but it went futile for lack of support. Bhargav Bhatt and Swapnil Singh took three wickets each as Baroda restricted Saurashtra to 263 all-out in 44.5 overs.

Rajasthan v Railways
Rajasthan’s losing streak continued as they went down by seven wickets against Railways at the VCA Ground. Electing to field first, they posted 245 for eight with contributions from Robin Bist (74) and Puneet Yadav (81). Railways chased the total down with ease, thanks to a century from Shivakant Shukla (122).
Madhya Pradesh v Vidarbha
After defeating UP, Vidarbha carried on their fine form to secure a two-wicket win over MP in Nagpur. Sandeep Singh (three for 25) shone as Vidarbha restricted MP to 233 for seven after electing to field first. AV Ubarhande (61) and Urvesh Patel (86) batted solidly to ensure the team got home despite losing eight wickets.
