Ruturaj Gaikwad, Anmolpreet Singh & Ishan Kishan added to India A squad for WI tour

The trio will replace Prithvi Shaw, Mayank Agarwal & Rishabh Pant in the squad

The All-India Senior Selection Committee has named three replacements in the India A one-day squad that is set to tour West Indies this month. Ruturaj Gaikwad will replace an injured Prithvi Shaw in the squad while Anmolpreet Singh & Ishan Kishan will replace Mayank Agarwal & Rishabh Pant who are a part of the senior men’s squad for the World Cup.

 

Revised India A squad for 5 one-day matches against West Indies A is as follows: Manish Pandey (C), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Anmolpreet Singh, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Hanuma Vihari, Ishan Kishan (WK), Rahul Chahar, Washington Sundar, Axar Patel, Krunal Pandya, Deepak Chahar, Khaleel Ahmed, Avesh Khan, Navdeep Saini

 

India A will play 5 one-day games against West Indies A starting 11th July 2019.

BCCI announces India’s domestic season for 2019-20

A total of 2036 domestic games will be played this season across various age groups in the men’s and women’s category.

The BCCI announces India's mega domestic cricket season 2019-20, which will get underway with the Duleep Trophy in August.

 

The coveted Ranji Trophy will be played from the months of December to March. The format of the tournament remains similar to the last season wherein the top team that qualifies for quarter-finals from the Plate group will be promoted to Elite Group C in the next season. The top two teams that qualify for the quarter-finals from Elite Group C will be promoted to Elite Group A & Elite Group B in the next season.

 

The senior women's domestic season will commence with the T20 League that is scheduled to start in the month of October.

The Col C K Nayudu Trophy, Vinoo Mankad Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy, Vijay Merchant Trophy and Vizzy Trophy (Inter-university competition) will cater to the young and budding talent of the country.
