Indian Team for Paytm T20I and ODI series against Australia announced

Kuldeep Yadav has been rested for the T20I series while Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been rested for the T20I and the first and second ODIs

The All-India Senior Selection Committee met in Mumbai to pick the Indian Cricket Team for the upcoming Paytm T20I and ODI series against Australia.

India’s T20I squad: Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma (vice-captain), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (wicket-keeper), Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Vijay Shankar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah, Umesh Yadav, Siddharth Kaul, Mayank Markande

India’s squad for 1st and 2nd ODI: Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma (vice-captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Ambati Rayudu, Kedar Jadhav, MS Dhoni (wicket-keeper), Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Vijay Shankar, Rishabh Pant, Siddharth Kaul, KL Rahul

India’s squad for remaining three ODIs: Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma (vice-captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Ambati Rayudu, Kedar Jadhav, MS Dhoni (wicket-keeper), Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Vijay Shankar, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant

Considering the recent workload, the selectors have decided to rest Kuldeep Yadav for the T20I series while Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been rested for the T20 series and the first two ODIs.

Squads for India U19 4-day games & Quadrangular series announced

India U19 set to play two 4-day games against SA U19 & a quadrangular one-day tournament featuring Afghanistan U19 and SA U19

The Junior Selection committee picked the India U19 squad for the two 4-day games against South Africa U19 starting 20th February, 2019. The second 4-day game will be played from 26th February, 2019.

 

India U19 Squad for 4-day games against South Africa U19: Suraj Ahuja (C & WK) (Team Rajasthan), Divyaansh Saxena (MCA), Varun Nayanar (Kerala), Avneesh Sudha (Team Uttarakhand), Yashasvi Jaiswal (MCA), Vaibhav Kandpal (DDCA), Shaurya Saran (HPCA), Hrithik Shokeen (DDCA), Manav Suthar (Team Rajasthan), Manishi (JSCA), Sabir Khan (Bihar), Anshul Kamboj (Haryana), Rajvardhan Hangargekar (MHCA), Rohit Dattatraya (VCA), Rex Singh (Manipur), Vathsal Sharma (Kerala)

 

The committee also picked the India U19 A & B teams for the Quadrangular One-day series starting 5th March, 2019. The other two teams in the tournament will be South Africa U19 & Afghanistan U19.
