MEDIA RELEASE

The New Zealand cricket team will be playing India in two Tests and two T20 Internationals in August-September 2012.

The following media events have been organized at the start of the tour:

Date: Sunday, 19 August 2012

Venue: Media Conference Hall, Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad

1:00 pm – MEDIA CONFERENCE

Ross Taylor (Captain), Mike Hesson (Head Coach) and Mike Sandle (Manager) will attend the same.

1:20 pm to 1:50 pm – OPEN MEDIA SESSION

Six members of the New Zealand team will participate in the same –

Group 1

Brendon McCullum

Martin Guptill

Kane Williamson

Group 2

Doug Bracewell

James Franklin

Tim Southee

The Open Media Session will comprise two segments, each fifteen minutes long.

Group 1 will interact with the Print Media, and Group 2 with the Electronic Media, in the first segment. The groups will switch places for the next segment of fifteen minutes.

One-on-one interactions will not be permitted.

Mediapersons wanting to attend the same are requested to carry their respective organizations’ photo-IDs.
