Dawes named India's new bowling coach

Joe Dawes has been appointed the Bowling Coach of the Indian team, for a period of two years.
He will replace Eric Simons, whose term ends at the completion of India’s ongoing tour of Australia.
A right-arm paceman, Dawes represented Queensland in Australia’s domestic circuit in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He got into coaching subsequently. He started in that capacity at Queensland. He went on to have stints as Bowling Coach of teams like South Australia and Adelaide Strikers (Big Bash League).
