Rush Kalaria was India Under-19’s leading wicket-taker in the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. This left-arm paceman relies on movement and variations to dismiss and restrict batsmen. Using the slower delivery as a potent weapon, he has been successful in giving the India colts important breakthroughs in recent times. Quick to adapt, Kalaria is also a handy bat lower down the order.
Having played at the Under-15 level as a 13-year-old, Kalaria went on to play in the Under-16 and Under -19 teams as well. He also had the opportunity to play on the senior domestic circuit when he was picked for Gujarat in the one-day league.
