Akhil Herwadkar came to Mumbai from Kolhapur chasing his cricket dream. This top-order Under-19 batsman has also been part of the senior squad; he represented Mumbai in the Ranji 2011-12 season. Herwadkar loves the attacking game but can also drop anchor and play watchfully if required. The stylish left-hander was also part of the Mumbai Under-19 team that lifted the Cooch Behar trophy in 2011-12.
